Job Description:  We are seeking a professional team player with exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment.  The candidate should be versatile and embrace managing a variety of initiatives to help support the strategic positioning of our clients technology and business needs.  Individual should demonstrate a proven record of helping organizations create strategies that guide and influence technology decisions at the executive level and possess prior successful direct sales experience.

The Strategic Account Manager/vCIO will report to the CEO and support the dynamic needs our clients and be the primary point of contact for all business relations.  The position will require working with clients to ensure that both day-to-day technical support and strategic technology direction are aligned with the clients’ unique business needs.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of small business network management and security
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent boardroom ping pong playing ability
  • Experience providing technical support in a business environment
  • PMP and ITIL training and certifications preferred
