  • Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server applications
  • Knowledge of business network configuration and management
  • Knowledge of messaging technology
  • Knowledge of backup and recovery software
  • Experience of Apple systems and environments

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting abilities
  • Desktop OS and application support, including Microsoft Office and a wide range of third party applications
  • Networking protocols and applications (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN)
  • E-mail functionality (both client and server)
  • Malware/Virus troubleshooting
  • Windows server support experience (2003-2008)
  • Data backup and restore experience


Additional desired skills:

  • Kaseya Monitoring Software
  • ConnectWise PSA
  • Smartphone setup and configuration experience
  • SonicWall experience
