Job Description: We are seeking a detail oriented professional systems engineer with exceptional communications skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment. The candidate should have a proven record of managing a diverse workload and applying outstanding analytical and technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently and beyond clients’ expectations. Candidate will provide both onsite and in-house/remote technical support.

Required Skills and Knowledge
- Windows server support experience (Certifications Preferred)
- Data backup and restore experience
- Networking protocols and applications (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, DNS)
- E-mail functionality, both at workstation and server levels
- Server Hardware configuration and troubleshooting abilities
- Desktop OS and application support, including Microsoft Office and a wide range of third party applications
- Malware/Virus troubleshooting
- Hyper-V and VMware virtualization support experience
- Office 365 and Azure experience
Additional desired skills:
- Project Management
- Kaseya Monitoring Software
- ConnectWise PSA
- Smartphone setup and configuration experience
- WatchGuard/SonicWall experience
- Egnyte experience
- Excellent dart throwing and/or Nerf prowess
