Last month, we talked about our culture and the first SolutionWorx Core Values Award. Your response to that article was overwhelming. As we discussed then, there were many at SolutionWorx that could have easily received this award. This month we would like to celebrate the result of having an awesome staff.
Each time we perform work for our clients, we offer a customer satisfaction survey to our clients to evaluate how we did. We use the Net Promotor Score methodology as a key indicator of their overall satisfaction. While we track NPS on a rolling 30 day average, each week our leadership team receives a report on the previous week’s surveys with a weekly NPS score. For the last two weeks we have been running a perfect NPS score! This is what we strive for and we appreciate your candid feedback. Your satisfaction is a key factor of who we are as well as our mutual success.
Satisfied customers have enabled SolutionWorx success. Recently we were notified that we were named for the fourth consecutive year to the MSPmentor 501 Global Edition. This year we were also listed #1 in Virginia on the MSPmentor 100, Small Business Edition.
